Early life

Grejar had a rather complicated childhood as the oldest child in a large family with parents that struggled to get by. Scavenging was the only viable option for feeding the family and the trips out into the wilderness ate away at Grejar's strength leaving him with a weakened constitution and health problems that would last for years.

Unable to continue scavenging Grejar took several apprenticeships in different fields to try and find the right career path, but had very little success in any. Even in sales, the field that would grant him a great deal of success in his later life was something that did not start well.

In his search for the right vocation, Grejar found that despite his lackluster sales skills, he was very good at manipulating people, and married thrice in the search for the richest bride. As the ravages of time made an impact on his appearance, he sought out technology that would help to hide his age, and discovered, in Cognia, a device that pulled back the skin to hide wrinkes and give the appearance of someone in their twenties. The device required him to shave his head so he took to wearing wigs.

Somewhere along the way he was mistaken for a woman thanks to a rather androgynous appearance and a particularly feminine wig. After initally feeling insulted, he realised how this could work to his advantage, and finally found the niche in sales that he could exploit to become wealthy without the support of an unloving wife.

Despite Grejar's new found tolerance of cross-dressing and manipulating wealthy men and women into buying worthless wares - he found that other people weren't quite as accepting. As a result of this Grejar decided to take his abilities elsewhere and went to different various different cities in order to find somewhere he could exploit people consistently that would not run run out him out of town before his impending retirement.

Career

Grejar's string of marriages, affairs, and exploitations allowed him a life of relative luxury. Due to the nature of his work he did not take a permanent residence which was as much for his own safety than anything else. The money that came from his work was spent mostly on lavish hotels and in support of his siblings and nieces and nephews with the occasional 'lady of the night' being commissioned.

Some of Grejar's most succesful sales pitches involved such novelties as chocolate teapots, pet rocks, and two-way mirrors that were very popular with hoteliers. In conjunction with the cross-dressing, this provided an incentive for him to move around quite a lot.

Travels

Grejar did not make a formal appearance in the main campaign play as his creator functioned as the Dungeon Master for the campaign.
